a good morning.

I am, like most people, a creature of habit.  For the last 10 years, give or take, I have eaten Yoplait yogurt every. single. [weekday] morning.  Sure, I've strayed from time-to-time, and there's of course Molly's waffles on the weekends (a religious experience; another post, another time), but lately, I've been craving plain vanilla yogurt with some crunch.

With some fresh blueberries on-hand this weekend - and finding an excuse to throw them into just about anything - I made a banana-berry parfait all for moi.
